President Trump Participates in the Celebrate Freedom Rally
Trump spoke last night at the “Celebrate Freedom Rally” at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington D.C. He honored Veterans & Wounded Warriors at the nearby Walter Reed Medical Center. In attendance were wounded warrior Luis Avila who served in Iraq & Afghanistan, as well as World War II veteran Harry Miller.
Avila was severely injured losing his leg during an intelligence reconnaissance mission. Miller fudged his age to enlist in the reserves at 15. By the time he was 17 he was fighting in Europe, including the famous Battle of the Bulge, the largest battle the U.S. was in during World War II. We beat the surprise German offensive involving 406,000 men thanks to hero’s like Harry Miller.
